Roger, and his team of experienced professionals, assist companies in developing management systems that ensure consistent growth and profitability. This process includes identifying critical management functions, establishing staffing criteria, recruiting highly productive employees and implementing compensation programs that reward performance and tenure. Roger is a Presidential Appointee to NAHB’s Business Management and Information Technology Committee and is a Principal Instructor of NAHB University of Housing courses relating to Business Management and Human Resource Development.

In the marketing arena, Roger Fiehn & Associates, Inc. (RF&A) provides consumer and market research then works with Clients to create high impact advertising, promotional and merchandising programs that consistently attract qualified buyers to the sales offices. Clients have received hundreds of awards for the creative marketing techniques developed by the RF&A team. Roger is Past Chair of NAHB’s prestigious Institute of Residential Marketing, has been recognized as NAHB “National Marketing Director of the Year” (silver) and is a Content Provider and Principal Instructor for NAHB University of Housing courses relating to effective marketing practices.

Through training salespeople to take full advantage of new technology “the bar has been raised” on sales staff performance and Roger has been instrumental in achieving over 28.7 billion dollars of sales revenue for his Clients. He is a Past Chair of NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council, has been recognized as both NSMC “National Sales Manager of the Year” and “National Salesperson of the Year” as well as being a Content Provider and Principal Instructor for NAHB University of Housing courses relating to professional Sales Management and Salesmanship.

A frequent Speaker at International, National and Regional Trade Conferences Roger has been awarded NAHB’s “Excellence in Education” award and his educational articles are found in prominent industry publication including BUILDER, Professional Builder, Custom Builder and Builders Management Journal.
